Belizean born singing artist Melonie Gillett is working very arduously on her musical career and has proven to be one of the very few consistent female artists in Belize. This she attributes to her love for music which she says comes naturally to her.

She has a great voice and her music is very different from most Belizean artists. Melonie’s musical influences come from her like of a wide variety of musical genres that include R&B, Reggae, Blues, Alternative, Country, Gospel and Dancehall.

Her latest music video “Cuts Like a Knife” comes from her album “The Dreamer” which she describes ‘as a lyrical journey, an enchanting composition of rhythm, endless emotions and life’.
